Job Description

Responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, resolving operational issues, onboarding new international accounts, developing SOPs, monitoring international shipments, and coordinating closely with Ocean, Air, Customs Brokerage, Operations, and Sales teams.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with international clients and GSMs.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of new international accounts.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and client-specific procedures.
  • Monitor shipment activity through CargoWise and proactively communicate updates.
  • Coordinate with Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and business update meetings with clients.
