We are recruiting for an experienced Air Freight Operator to join a well-established international freight forwarding business based in Middlesbrough.

This is a hands-on, office-based role managing air freight import and export operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end air freight import & export operations
• Airline bookings and shipment coordination
• Preparing air freight documentation (AWBs, customs paperwork, etc.)
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents and customers
• Tracking shipments and resolving issues proactively
