Responsibilities




  • Oversee Air Freight & E-commerce business arrangement and reporting to General Manager Air Operation.

  • Develop relationship with carriers and co-loading business in alignment with the local/regional/global account strategy and meet the objectives of growth and profitability.

  • Coordinate with e-commerce team to explore new business opportunities and develop solutions to expand our e-commerce market.

  • Oversee the air export documentation, cargo planning and other operational related tasks.

  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

  • Maintain and improve profitability margins by working with Product and Operation teams.

  • Support RFI/RFP/RFQs in the formulation of identifying the focus and targets of the RFQ strategy.
