Responsibilities

Noblis is hiring a CWMD Strategy and Policy Analyst. This will be a full-time role located onsite at a Government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Analyst shall support Air Force A10 and provide subject matter expertise support on WMD policy, strategies, and international frameworks across chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threat environments and related guidance/implementation.
**Additionally, the Analyst shall provide the following support:**
+ CWMD and non-proliferation policy analysis
+ Assessment of strategy effectiveness and compliance
+ Research on emerging threats and policy impacts
+ Development of policy briefs, white papers, and strategic assessments
+ Interagency coordination and doctrine development
+ Briefing senior leadership
