Air Export Operations

Job description

Key Responsibilities ; 

 Shipment Coordination and Execution:

Plan, organize, and manage air export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and carriers for booking arrangements, pick-ups, and deliveries.
Handle and prepare required export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. 

 Customs and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory bodies to ensure shipments meet all import/export regulations.
File and verify the accuracy of documents required for customs clearance. 

 Customer Service and Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their shipments, providing updates and handling inquiries.
