Role Responsibilities 


  • Coordinate and execute the complete air export process, from booking to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

  • Communicate with customers and partners to understand their shipment needs and provide timely updates throughout the process.

  • Arrange bookings with airlines and secure appropriate cargo space for air export shipments.

  • Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.

  • Liaise with customs authorities and ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and promptly.

  • Organize and track shipments, handling any issues or delays proactively to prevent disruptions.
