Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base(DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a TERM position located at Tank-Automotive and Armament Command (TACOM), Watervliet Arsenal, Installation Management Directorate, Public Works Division, Watervliet NY. Responsibilities Determine causes of defects and malfunctions on assigned refrigeration and air conditioning systems and equipment. Determine repairs needed and repairs, adjusts, and replaces parts. Troubleshoot, repair, and install a variety of large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning units.
