Job Description
Space Design Construction Services Ltd is actively seeking a full-time Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The role has a starting annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000 and will be based in London.
We are an established company offering a professional, customer focussed service to both our commercial and private clients. Due to our increasing client base, we now have the requirement for another full-time Engineer to join our team and be part of the success and growth of our company.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll predominantly be responsible for maintaining AC units at our client's premises and carrying out replacements where necessary. You’ll carry out PPM, reactive maintenance works and fault diagnosing, as well as repairing breakdowns on a range of AC equipment.
