Pelicargo is a new logistics-tech company that revolutionizes air cargo with a marketplace that allows freight forwarders to instantly book available cargo capacity with airlines.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO...
• Source quotes from airlines, and negotiate to secure the best options
• Provide customers with quotes based on available freight opportunities
• Book shipments offered by customers
• Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments
• Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated
• Support the Pelicargo product development through your experiences and learnings
YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE...
• Demonstratable experience at an air freight forwarder, airline cargo department, or GSA.
• Fluent in English - verbal and written
• Working in a customer - facing role is a plus
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
