We're hiring: AI Tester (3+yrs) – Immediate joiners – Pune
About the role:
Ensure top-tier quality in AI-driven applications—manual & automated testing, generative models, AI assistants, ML algorithms. Collaborate across Data Science, Engineering & Product teams to uncover bugs, anomalies, regressions, biases, and usability issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute test plans/cases for AI/ML apps (functional, regression, performance, load, security)
- Validate generative AI, NLP models, OCR, RAG systems
- Report AI behavior anomalies and response consistency issues
- Develop automated test scripts (e.g., using Selenium)
- Prepare test data with data teams
- Analyze model performance metrics and edge cases
- Support fine-tuning based on real-world feedback & ethical standards
- Document test results & improve QA frameworks
