Full-time position; 6-month onboarding period before permanent conversion (Contract-To-Permanent).
First 30 days ONSITE, then becomes HYBRID schedule (3/2).
Compensation $65-75/hour during onboarding period; Conversion salary $115-125K. *Medical benefits are 100% covered at conversion*
