As an AI/ML Engineer for Insight Global, you will spend the majority of their time building and training predictive machine learning models focused on identifying customer dormancy patterns, working hands-on in Python and leveraging various ML libraries based on the use case. They will regularly analyze and prepare data within Snowflake or similar data lakehouse environments while designing data pipelines and leveraging existing MLOps infrastructure to deploy models into production. The role requires full ownership of the model lifecycle, taking solutions from development through deployment into a production-ready state. About 30% of their time will be spent building and integrating GenAI-powered agentic workflows using cloud-based services like AWS Bedrock or SageMaker, supporting broader AI initiatives.
