We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and build a multi‑host, high‑availability MCP Server. This role focuses on scalable, secure, and compliant AI/ML solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Design MCP templates using Anthropic MCP SDK (or equivalent).
- Develop MCP Search and hybrid retrieval pipelines across vector/non‑vector databases.
- Build parameterized RAG templates and integrate domain tools.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and Client IAM integration.
- Ensure PHI compliance, safety filters, caching, and monitoring.
- Deliver API documentation, versioning, and deployment templates.
- Collaborate with teams to meet availability SLAs and production readiness.
Requirements
- Strong background in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain).
