Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager plays a crucial role in organizing and overseeing daily activities. You will manage and motivate the customer service and production teams, ensuring their development through regular training. Your involvement in daily operations will help enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and motivate production and customer service teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Work closely with Project Managers on various initiatives
• Be hands-on in daily operations and team tasks
• Control inventory for automotive-related products
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer service roles
• 5+ years in team management experience
• Automotive knowledge preferred
