Athletes in Action(a division of Power to Change) is a ministry that seeks to help people know Jesus and experience his power to change the world through sport. All AIA staff and volunteers, regardless of their specific roles, are committed to advancing our collective mission. Position Overview

The Youth Initiatives Program Coordinator will work to fulfill the mission of Athletes in Action by assisting the Regional Director in the implementation of Action Camps and/or Action Clubs and/or other community based sports initiatives. They are to assist in the areas of: the execution of sport initiatives; the maintaining and tracking of relationships with local churches and community sports groups; the administrative support necessary to carry out an Action Camp and/or Club program.
