What You Will Do
As an AIA Intern, you will:
- Support business projects across key functions (Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Sales, etc.)
- Conduct research, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders
- Participate in learning sessions, mentoring, and career talks
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Behavioral Science, Management, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- 3rd–4th year undergraduate student
- Strong academic performance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
