**Overview**

As an AI Workforce Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them in the adoption and scaling of Microsoft AI solutions—including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio for custom AI assistants, and Copilot Chat—to drive workplace transformation.
This role spans both pre-sales and delivery. You will work closely with sales teams to define AI solution visions, design technical architectures, and deliver demos or proof-of-concepts to build customer trust. You will also lead solution architecture and implementation, ensuring that Copilot and AI assistants are successfully deployed, broadly adopted, and deliver measurable business value and ROI.
