We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to design, build, and deploy next‑generation AI solutions leveraging Azure AI, MongoDB Atlas, a LangChain workflows, RAG/CAG architectures, Docker/containers, leveraging modern AI agent frameworks, familiar with MCP



Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, OCR, and Azure cloud services.
  • Cooperation with front-end and back-end development teams.
  • Direct code review of the code implementing AI services
  • Build scalable knowledge‑retrieval pipelines using LangChain, RAG/CAG, vector databases (focus on MongoDB Atlas), familiar with PostgreSQL
  • Develop AI agents enabling autonomous planning, decision‑making, and tool‑use capabilities.
