AI Technical Engineering Lead

Job Purpose

Lead technical design, integration and delivery of Agentic AI solutions and platforms (pro-dev and citizen-assisted), ensuring performance, resilience, and safety by design across managed environments.

Typical Accountabilities

• Hands-on prototyping and engineering of complex Agentic patterns using Azure AI and Copilot Studio; partner with solution creators to design, build and release secure, scalable agents.
• Architect and configure technical guardrails (DLP, Azure Policies) for low-code environments, establishing guardrails, Software Development Lifecyle patterns, and integration templates.
• Provide citizen development advice & support to expedite solution delivery and adoption (frameworks, blueprints, shared components).
