Job Purpose
Lead technical design, integration and delivery of Agentic AI solutions and platforms (pro-dev and citizen-assisted), ensuring performance, resilience, and safety by design across managed environments.
Typical Accountabilities
Hands-on prototyping and engineering of complex Agentic patterns using Azure AI and Copilot Studio; partner with solution creators to design, build and release secure, scalable agents.Architect and configure technical guardrails (DLP, Azure Policies) for low-code environments, establishing guardrails, Software Development Lifecyle patterns, and integration templates.Provide citizen development advice & support to expedite solution delivery and adoption (frameworks, blueprints, shared components).Accelerate time-to-value through reusable patterns (retrieval, action, orchestration, human-in-the-loop) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment of agents throug...
