Business Insights is seeking an AI Tech Lead in Barcelona to guide engineering teams and shape scalable, production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will drive architecture decisions and mentor engineers while delivering end-to-end Generative AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, frontend developers, and business stakeholders to implement RAG architectures and ensure reliable, scalable cloud-native AI capabilities.
