Why does this role exist?
The client needs a senior, AI-savvy project lead who will diagnose operational inefficiencies and implement AI/tooling to dramatically increase speed and quality. This role owns priority projects end-to-end, coordinates closely with the principals (Christine and Charles), and ensures reliable 24-hour handoffs between Eastern and Philippine time zones. The aim is to replace fragmented workflows and yes-person execution with proactive leadership, automation, and measurable impact.
