This role focuses on delivering AI-powered services such as AI avatars, chatbots, and automation solutions. After training, you will take full ownership of managing and delivering client projects from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end service delivery, managing multiple projects with timelines, learning and using AI and automation tools, improving and creating SOPs, tracking tasks, and communicating professionally with clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, process-driven, and confident in taking ownership. Strong written communication skills are required. Experience with project management tools (like ClickUp), SOP documentation, or admin/operations support is a plus.
