Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions & Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, conversational bots, and system integrations. This role combines prompt engineering, automation design, technical testing, and business workflow optimization to ensure scalable and reliable AI deployments.
The ideal candidate understands both business processes and technical implementation, and is able to translate use cases into structured AI workflows and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Prompt Engineering & Conversational AI Design

• Design, write, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications (chatbots, outbound AI callbots, AI assistants).
• Structure multi-language prompts (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu) with proper flow control.
• Improve response accuracy, reduce latency, and handle fallback scenarios.
