Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group are building an AI Enablement Team to accelerate the responsible and scalable adoption of AI across the firm. The AI Solutions Engineer will be the technical lead and enabler; designing, prototyping, and operationalizing AI solutions while building the frameworks, best practices, and toolkits that allow others to succeed with AI. This role goes beyond building models. You will empower business stakeholders and technology teams to use AI responsibly, integrate agentic AI into workflows, and grow organizational capability.
