• Identify and disrupt inefficient sales processes by designing AI-native replacements — autonomous agents that eliminate manual work, accelerate deals, and create entirely new sales motions.
• Envision and prototype breakthrough AI agent capabilities that leapfrog current approaches: predictive deal orchestration, autonomous prospecting, real-time competitive war‑gaming, and AI‑driven negotiation support.
• Challenge existing sales technology assumptions — evaluate where legacy tools should be replaced entirely by agent‑based architectures rather than incrementally enhanced.
• Drive rapid experimentation: build MVPs fast, test with real sellers, measure ruthlessly, and kill what does not work — fail fast, learn faster.
