AI Solution Architect – Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect (Manager level) to join the rapidly growing AI &

Analytics division at Teleperformance Philippines. This role sits at the center of our newest

global revenue stream, focused entirely on Agentic AI, one of the most strategic priorities

for the company worldwide.

You will work at the bleeding edge of voice-based agentic AI, designing architectures,

solution flows, and integration patterns. This role blends technical depth with consultative

selling, requiring you to partner closely with sales to position and sell advanced AI

solutions.

The growth potential over the next 3–5 years is unmatched, as this team drives one of the

highest-priority global initiatives at Teleperformance.

This is currently an individual contributor role which will evolve & become more senior

over time as the business grows.
