The AI Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions where AI is the primary and exclusive tool used throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This developer will orchestrate AI tools to manage the planning, architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation phases. The role also involves collaborating with operations, engineering, and other departments to ensure products meet customer needs and align with business goals.
In addition to building software through AI, the developer will lead the creation and implementation of AI tools and workflows designed to enhance productivity within the software team, support technical company-wide initiatives, and enable AI-driven decision-making within Operations. This includes internal tool development, best practice dissemination, and cross-functional AI enablement strategies.
