Job Description
Join the AI Innovation team to evaluate emerging AI technologies and develop advanced ML/DL solutions for business use cases in the banking/finance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI use cases and conduct rapid feasibility studies (2–3 days)
- Build quick POCs to validate solutions before investment
- Design, develop, and optimise ML/DL models
- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and validation
- Collaborate with business, developers, and architects
- Mentor junior data scientists and share best practice
Requirements
- 7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Experience in banking/financial services
- Strong ML/DL, NLP, and time series knowledge
- Hands‑on with LLMs and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SQL
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
