Role Overview

You will be the execution backbone of MyOperator’s Founder’s Office. Your job is to take ambiguous, high-priority ideas from the CRO and COO, convert them into structured plans with clear owners and timelines, and drive them to completion across sales, operations, and product teams — without requiring constant follow-ups.


On any given day, you might be diagnosing a conversion drop-off in the lead-to-revenue funnel, building a multi-step n8n workflow that connects CRM events to Google Chat alerts, deploying an AI tool to auto-generate weekly pipeline reports, or restructuring a Zoho CRM module to fix data hygiene issues. You will own the systems that run the business — CRM, automations, dashboards, integrations — and use AI tooling to eliminate repetitive manual work.
