Role Summary - Service Excellence & Enablement Manager responsible for driving service transformation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Focused on process optimization, digital enablement, and implementing innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Own and drive key deliverable

  • Lead AI Strategic Initiatives: Conceptualize, lead, and moderate cross-functional teams on “Change the Business” projects in partnership with the broader team.
  • Program Governance: Own the BMS for end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of defined objectives, especially on AI led efficiency workstreams
