Business Analyst – AI Product
As a Business Analyst for our AI Product team, you won’t just be taking requirements. You will be the architect of clarity. You will take high-level AI concepts (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, or NLP) and turn them into actionable product specs that our engineers can build and our customers can love.
What You’ll Do
Bridge the Gap: Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear user stories and functional requirements.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis on the AI landscape to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
The So What? Factor: Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for AI features—moving beyond it works to it creates value.
User Advocacy: Work closely with UX and Engineering to ensure AI outputs are explainable, intuitive, and ethical....
