- Design, build and deploy automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low‑code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio), scripting (Python) and AI‑assisted tooling (e.g., Claude Code, LLM integrations).
- Translate business process requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with SMEs and process designers.
- Develop reusable patterns, building blocks and reference architectures for automation across IAA.
- Ensure solutions are production‑ready: tested, monitored, documented and maintainable.
