Scope

  • AI strategist – Build and refine the AI layer that interprets members’ aggregated health data and recommends actionable plans.
  • Data integration – Design pipelines, connectors with labs and wearable APIs, and a data model that supports the entire product.
  • Mobile product – Ship a React Native app that delivers daily plans, retests, progress tracking, and insights.
  • Ecosystem integration – Create seamless hand‑offs to tele‑consultation, specialist referrals, and other Alan products.
  • International expansion – Build tooling for rapid launch in new markets, including language support, pricing, and local lab partners.
