**AI-Powered Residential Application Platform — Full-Stack Developer (PERN Stack)**
We are building an AI-native web application that transforms the residential property application process (co-op board packages, rental applications, sublease, and alteration approvals).
**What the platform does:**
Users upload their financial documents (tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, employment letters, ID) and our AI reads them, extracts all relevant data, auto-fills every required form field, calculates financial ratios, scores the application in real time, drafts their personal statement and reference letters, and assembles a complete board-ready package. What currently takes 4-8 hours takes under 30 minutes.
