Trilogy, a platform used by hundreds of software businesses, seeks a hands-on Support Engineer to own difficult tickets spanning misconfigurations, API behavior, and logs. You will reproduce faults, analyze JSON payloads, review traces, and craft accurate, defusing customer replies while guiding AI to verify conclusions.

This is a full-time contractor role with Crossover, offering $30 USD/hour and weekly payments.
