Ai Platform Lead

**About the role**:
We are building a new AI Platform team to power the next generation of intelligent features in our cloud-based retail system for hearing care. This team owns the core AI services behind Auditdata product portfolio.
AI platform includes:
- ML which is used for speech to text service and transcription
- LLM-based data transformation
- Agentic AI workflows
- Retrieval Augmented Generation layer
- Internal agent / orchestration framework for tool-calling and multi-step workflows
As an AI Platform Lead, you will be the hands-on technical owner of a new AI platform - its reliability, performance, and cost of AI services in production (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, optimizations). You’ll design and build production services, lead a team of engineers, and collaborate with different stakeholders internally and externally to evolve overall technical direction.
