AI OPs Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI-Ops Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance the efficiency, automation, and intelligence of our DevOps and infrastructure operations. You will be at the forefront of building and implementing AI-driven solutions that proactively optimize system performance, reduce manual effort, and improve operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and tools to automate and optimize IT operations tasks (e.g., engineering productivity improvement, log analysis, capacity forecasting, incident resolution providing).
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency improvements in monitoring, deployment, and maintenance workflows.
