This role focuses on practical enablement, workflow automation, and governance—helping non-technical teams use AI safely and effectively in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with no-code/low-code automation expertise and a pragmatic understanding of how AI can improve operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience training or enabling non-technical teams such as operations, customer service, underwriting, or processing teams.
  • Strong no-code/low-code automation experience (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n), including building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining workflows and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and practical
