AI Operations Architect / AI Productivity & Performance Lead
to
design, build, and run AI-powered internal performance systems
across Amplify.

This role owns how AI is used to
monitor execution, enforce process adherence, deliver coaching, and eliminate internal admin work
across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Operations. You are expected to
ship working systems
: AI agents, automated QA, execution monitoring, self-serve coaching, and workflow automation that replaces manual oversight.
