Aeon in Zürich is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to guide the direction of their innovative health platform. This role involves owning technical architecture, leading a small engineering team, and driving the evolution towards AI-native development.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, natural technical authority, and is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Applicants must have a Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship.

A hybrid work setup is offered, with in-office days primarily on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
