- Provide technical analysis, coding, and support for back-office settlement systems - Develop, test, and deploy application components as part of DevOps lifecycle - Prepare technical specifications and support documentation - Handle production support issues and ensure timely resolution of tickets - Ensure proper adherence to production change control and SoD (Segregation of Duties) policies - Support system integrations across applications and platforms - Assist in monitoring and maintaining system stability and performance - Collaborate with teams for incident management and problem resolution
