AI / LLM Applications Engineer – Clinical Intelligence Systems

Role Summary

• We are hiring an AI / LLM Applications Engineer to build production-grade clinical intelligence systems for a multi-state online therapy practice with 80+ clinicians.
• This is a product engineering role focused on building real-world AI systems using foundation models such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. We are not training custom models. We are designing and deploying reliable LLM-powered applications embedded directly into clinical and operational workflows.
• You will build an AI-powered note auditing system and a clinician performance feedback platform that generate structured, measurable outputs used in daily operations.
• This role will work embedded full-time with the client team, employed by Prex Technologies under our team augmentation model.
