This role helps commercial banking employees learn how to use AI tools safely, responsibly, and effectively in their day‑to‑day work. The AI Learning & Curriculum Lead sets the strategic vision as well as designs and delivers practical learning programs that build AI confidence —while ensuring we meet regulatory, risk, and data‑privacy expectations. This role blends instructional design expertise and AI fluency to create scalable learning programs that empower employees to confidently and safely use AI tools across the business.
