What You Will Do

  • own the AI roadmap for the Software Development Lifecycle — from requirements and design through development and deployment

  • continuously evaluate, benchmark and assess the latest AI tools and platforms

  • prototype and integrate AI-powered workflows when off-the-shelf solutions don't fit, using modern agent frameworks

  • drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutions by designing rollout strategies, running pilots and workshops and tracking measurable adoption outcomes 

    • What You Bring

  • passion for AI and re-imagining software development 

  • 5+ years in software engineering 

  • strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle 

  • hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI Agents 

  • ability to drive adoption of new tools and practices across engineering teams, not just make them available
