Job Description

AutoStore's Operations and Service and Support teams are critical to our company's success - experienced, distributed, and constantly optimizing. This role exists to find where AI can meaningfully move the needle on ordering, production, and workforce performance, pick the right tools to do it, and get them integrated fast. You'll work across the organization at times for technical execution, but your credibility comes from operations fluency - you're the person who spots the problem, owns the solution, and is energized working alongside industry veterans.
