We are seeking an AI-First Developer (Python Developer) to design, lead, and deliver AI/LLM-powered solutions for SMB clients. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, system-level thinking, and client-facing capability. You will own solution design, guide engineering execution, and act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

Ideal Profile

• AI-first mindset with strong systems thinking
• Minimum 3+ years of traditional back-end software development
• At least 1+ year operating in a senior or lead capacity
• Proven ability to design complex systems and troubleshoot across the stack
• Portfolio of agentic systems or LLM-based projects
• Prior consulting or client-service experience
