1. Leadership & Ownership
•Take full ownership of building and structuring the AI team from the ground up.
• Build and lead a small, high-energy multidisciplinary team (data scientists, engineers, architects).
• Drive a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
• Work and in hand with other AI teams.
2. Innovation & Delivery
• Design and build prototypes, MVPs, and applied AI solutions.
