AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to support the next evolution of our conversational AI platform. This phase focuses on advanced chatbot capabilities and full voice enablement, delivering scalable, production‑ready AI solutions across text and real‑time voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance AI‑driven chatbot and voice interaction features.
• Build and optimise conversational workflows using LLMs and AI/ML APIs.
• Implement and maintain embeddings and vector databases in production environments.
• Deploy, monitor and optimise AI models at scale, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Integrate enterprise data sources into prompt services and conversational pipelines.
• Contribute to voice enablement, including speech‑to‑text and text‑to‑speech solutions (e.g. Whisper).
• Work with WebRTC or similar technologies to support real‑time voice interactions.
