Responsibilities

End-to-End AI Model Optimization Support

Responsible for model issue diagnosis, dataset construction, training, and testing of perception algorithms (2D/3D object detection, semantic segmentation, occupancy grid, etc.)

Develop Python code for iterative model optimization and performance improvement with deep understanding of algorithm principles and characteristics.

Large-Scale Data Engineering Development

Design and build efficient data processing pipelines for multi-step cleaning, transformation, annotation, and feature engineering of massive raw data

Ensure data quality and consistency to support high-speed data supply demands for algorithm R&D.

Algorithm Engineering & System Development

Systematize and platformize data engineering workflows and algorithm optimization processes, participating in toolchain and system module development
